Complete refurbishments, shopfitting, extensions, loft conversions, conversion of existing properties and new build. We can also act as stand alone subcontractor on large projects.
1. General building: bricklaying, rendering, screeding,
structural alterations, underground drainage installations, insulation,
paving.
2. Roofing: roof carpentry, slating, Velux installations,
Sun Pipe installations, lead roof installations, EDPM membrane installations
to flat roofs.
3. Carpentry: partitioning, suspended ceilings, flooring,
conservatories, windows and doors fitting, fitted wardrobes, cabinets,
kitchen fitting, sash windows refurbishment, secondary glazing.
4. Plumbing: new boiler installations, Mega Flow installations,
central heating installations, radiator replacement and relocation, bathroom
installations, kitchen installations.
5. Electrics: complete new installations – commercial
and domestic, full re wiring of existing installations, fuse board installations
/ relocations, fault finding, spotlights installations, extending existing
installations – commercial and domestic.
6. Painting and decorating, tiling – we can provide
the best finishes in London!
7. Architects and structural engineers – if required
we will use our architects and structural engineers to run any project
from A to Z to save you time and money. We will also take care of planning
permission if required.

Hire our seasoned
staff, Pay per hour, No call out charge*
We understand how difficult it is in London to find qualified tradesmen to carry out simple maintenance, installation or emergency jobs. That is why we decided to offer “handyman” service to SW, W and SE post codes. Now you can hire our tradesmen and pay per every started hour of their work. We will supply all materials and you will pay for them based on original receipts (You pay what we pay). Jobs that can be done with our “handyman” service:
- Plumbing: installation of washing machines, new taps,
basins, baths, relocation of radiators, leak fixing, repairs to plumbing
system, etc…
- Electrics: relocation of sockets, installation of new
sockets, spotlight installation, repairs to existing systems, fault finding.
- Carpentry: doors replacement, fitting of new locks,
repairs to existing kitchen units, worktop replacement, etc…
- Decoration: plastering of small areas, minor decorating
and minor tiling.
- General laboring – clearing out gardens, demolitions.
We will also remove rubbish at a charge of £200 per 3 Tons
lorry.
OUR CHARGES:
Plumbers, electricians and carpenters - £22.50
/ hour + Vat
Decorators, tillers and plasterers - £17.50 / hour
+ Vat
General Laborers - £11.00 / hour + Vat
All materials will be charged for on top of labor rates. We will always give you a time estimate and estimate of materials required to complete the job.
*We will not charge a call out charge if job takes longer
than 4 hours. If the job takes less than 4 hours a charge of £30
+ Vat will apply.
